Our Mission

The Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church, fueled by the power of the Holy Spirit, led by a visionary with a vision of profound excellence that will lead to spiritual growth and meaningful worship experiences, through the teaching of God's word, will:


• Evangelize lost souls and edify the saints

• Provide a spiritual worship experience for all worshippers

• Provide opportunities for the teaching and preaching of the gospel

• Provide ministries for spiritual growth, on-going religious education
  and personal renewal

• Provide ministries and activities that will enhance the needs, growth,

  and interest of the congregation

• Provide and develop ministries for the following: the needy, the sick

  and suffering, the bereaved, and those who are incarcerated

• Involve the congregation in the community, the schools, and local

  governmental affairs

• Maintain the integrity and discipline of the church (i.e., proper dress,

  appropriate language, and respect for church property and members)
